Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. Her childhood was filled having big hopes. Her most memorable roles include the film about spying, Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, and the dramatic Precious. Growing up living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, Patton had many goals. A passion for film in her daughter was something that she learned from her mother, she also enjoyed watching films. Paula participated in co-curricular school activities, and she was especially interested in drama. Paula was a fan of acting with her classmates as well as participating in the school's stage productions. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School provided her with numerous chances to perform throughout her schooling and she decided to pursue acting as a career. In a summer program offered by the University of Southern California, she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. The program offered her a three-month contract to make documentaries on PBS. She began her career as a production assistant for TV when she completed this assignment. Later, she was able to produce documentaries. She still had a dream to be an actor, even though she was satisfied at her job. The romantic comedies Hitch she played a small role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's appeared on many TV and film series.
