Nicky Whelan is an Australian model and actress. She was born on the 10th of May, 1981. Her first role was as Pepper Steiger in Australia. This role she played during the 100 episodes of soap opera Neighbors that aired between 2006 and 2007 helped make her an international sensation in Australia. The first show she appeared to be a part of Hollywood was the choral-comedy Hollywood & Wine that she appeared in, where she played an actress, who was new to Hollywood. After that, she landed a role as Maya who is a stunning medical student, in Scrubs in the 9th season. But the show abruptly stopped. After that, she continued to film an episode of the Farrelly brothers comedy named Good To Shoot. The show was starred by Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress starred in short-form films, as well as B series films. In 2013, she was given some more roles that were viewed as more prominent: six episodes from the series detective Franklin and Bash and her first permanent role in Chosen alongside Milo Ventimiglia.
